The building has 18 apartments rented weekly in the formula RESIDENCE (Saturday / Sunday Saturday-Sunday). All apartments are equipped with modern amenities like air-conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, heating and safe.
APARTMENT STUDIO (2 pax):
large and comfortable apartment of 26 sqm. with all services, private bathroom and equipped kitchenette.
APARTMENT GIRASOLE (4/5 pax):
comfortable and cozy apartment consisting of 2 adjoining rooms of 26 sqm. each with separate entrances, two bathrooms, 2 TV, 2 refrigerators and small kitchen.
APARTMENT ORCHIDEA (da 4 a 7 pax):
comfortable apartment of 65 sqm. small terrace, two bathrooms, double bed in the loft, large living room with 2 sofa beds plus 1 bedroom for children.
