The Hotel Toscana Verde is near Laterina, in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a natural oasis, with a 35.000 square meter park full of secular plants lovingly kept.
Here you can admire a large quantity of different landscapes, that emerge from thick woods into sunflower fields that give place to gentle corn fields.
In the central area of this reserve, crossed by the Arno river, the fluvial and swampy atmospheres combines, becoming the ideal home for a large selection of birds: king fishers, herons, magpies and royal ducks.

The area is in a very panoramic position, on the fertile flatland of Laterina, near the “Ponte Buriano” bridge, that was used as background by Leonardo da Vinci in the famous “Gioconda” painting.
What’s more, it’s a very strategic starting point, well connected with all the major Tuscan and Umbrian art cities, such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia and the stunning valleys of Casentino and Chianti.
